When the product is in stock our standard delivery service is an overnight one man courier delivery to the door of your building, please ensure you can manage to get your parcel inside as the driver is not insured to enter your property.

Once an order is placed you will recieve a verifiaction email detailing your order, as well as a payment email to confirm that payment has been processed. You will recieve a call from one of our sales representitves to discuss a suitable day for delivery and to answer any additional questions you may have.

Our standard delivery service to the UK mainland is FREE.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands or Grampians area of the UK there will be a surcharge of £25 to cover our carriers surcharge for delivery to this area.. If you live offshore please contact us on 0115 9866085 for a quote.
If you place an order that needs shipping to the Scottish Highlands or Grampians one of our sales representitives will cover the surcharge with you when they make contact to arrange delivery.

In a word no, the price you see is the price you pay including delivery and VAT.

7.) How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We are a stock based business so most of our products are usually in stock, this means delivery to you is normally the next working day if requried. We do occasionally sell out though, so please check each individual product page for current delivery times. If we are out of stock on an item when you order, one of our sales representitives will let you know and inform you of when stock is due back in.

8.) What happens if my delivery doesn't arrive?
If for some reason beyond our control your item doesn't arrive on the agreed upon day, we will upgrade your delivery free of charge to a before 9:30am delivery on a weekday of your choosing (excludes saturday and sunday).

If your goods arrive and are noticebly damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us of the problem.
If the goods look fine at the time of delivery but are internally damaged when opened, please follow the steps below.
1) Notify us by post, phone or email within 14 days that your goods are damaged, and details of the nature of the damage.
2) Let us know whether you would like your goods repairing, replacing or whether you would like a refund.
3) Please keep the original packaging as the goods will require repacking for the return trip.
4) Items which are not adequately packeged at time of collection may be refused by the courier, and a charge of £25 may be levied to cover the cost of the failed collection.
